WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Titus 2:3-8

3 Teach the older women to live in a way that honors God. They must not slander others or be heavy drinkers.[a] Instead, they should teach others what is good. 4 These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, 5 to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes,[b] to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God.

6 In the same way, encourage the young men to live wisely. 7 And you yourself must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching. 8 Teach the truth so that your teaching can’t be criticized. Then those who oppose us will be ashamed and have nothing bad to say about us.

Join us for a meaningful and encouraging women’s book study as we walk through Praying for Your Husband from Head to Toe by Sharon Jaynes.

Starting June 9th, we will gather on Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at the church to grow in faith, strengthen our marriages through prayer, and support one another in community.

Each week, we’ll focus on a set of prayers from the book, sharing which ones stood out to us and why. Together, we’ll encourage one another, and learn how to pray for our husbands in every area of their lives.

Whether you’re newly married or have been married for years, this is a beautiful opportunity to connect, reflect, and grow spiritually alongside other women.

We’d love for you to join us!

Please let us know your coming so we can make sure to save you a seat! You can click the link below and register.

To follow along and participate throughout the study, we encourage each woman to have her own copy of the book, so you can complete the weekly readings before we gather together each week.

Copies can be purchased on Amazon, or you can reach out to Kolby if you need help getting one.

We recommend reading all of Part One, along with the first seven daily readings, before our first meeting.

Rise Up Women’s Volleyball Club

Weekly Thursday Volleyball Club will stop June 11th for the summer.

We will meet July 9th and August 13th

until we resume back to the normal schedule in September.

Looking for a fun and low-pressure way to connect with other women and teens in our community? Join us for our brand-new Women’s Volleyball Club, open to all ladies 12 and up—no experience needed!

We’ll meet every Thursday at 6:30 PM to 8:00pm in the Rise Up Gym for a relaxed evening of fellowship, light practice, and plenty of laughter. Whether you’ve played for years or have never touched a volleyball before, this is a space to unwind, build friendships, and enjoy moving together.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and be part of a welcoming community of women and girls growing together both on and off the court!
